About Event

Box Office for Instep Summer Sharing : July 7th and 8th

Venue: The Quiet lawn – next to the mansion @ Brockhill Park Performing  Arts College

This is an outdoor event and we will need to be aware of the issues of late cancellation if the weather is poor, which is why we have made this a free event.

We are also preparing to video all the work and create a film of the  work undertaken since our return which will be available to you all … we hope this will allow you all to absorb and enjoy the effort made by all to bring us back to what we love- and to share more widely with family and friends  More information about that as we move forward.

General information:

Classes will perform on the same day as their regular classes with the exception of Workshop 1…

Note: workshop 1  is performing on Wednesday and not on their class day – Thursday.

(Many of these students already attend class on Wednesday so this works best for that and for timings for each day).   

If you have siblings performing in a different events or dancers performing in 2 events at different times. Please leave the performance area and return to your cars to wait for the second event to start.

There is NO charge for this event. But we will be asking you for donations on the day – we would appreciate it if you could bring a donation in the form of cash on the day!!

There will be 1 ticket available per dancer in the first instance. This is so we can be Covid compliant with current regulations for outdoor gatherings .( maximum of 30 )  If this changes nearer the time we will re-open the bookings to more people.

If there are tickets remaining after the first two days of sales we will re- open the box office for people to organise a second ticket on a first come first serve basis.

Please don’t organise to have any more than 2 tickets. It’s important to us that every dancer has one person come to watch  them perform

Please be sure to order tickets for the correct events.

Event 1 :Company 1 tier 2 . 
Audience  Arrive at 4.45  pm  for 4.55 start leave at 5.10pm 

Event 2 :Company 3. 
Audience arrive at  5.20pm  for 5.30 pm start- leave at 5.45 pm

Event 3 : Company 2
Audience arrive at 5.55pm for 6.05 pm start -leave at 6.20pm

Event 4 : Workshop 
Audience arrive at 6.30 pm for 6. 45pm start – leave at 7 pm 

Event 5 Company 1 tier 1 and Impact 1 
Audience arrive at 7. 10 pm for 7.15 start- leave at 7.30 pm

Thursday July 7th

Thursday classes names and teachers to help you make the correct booking:

  • Infant 1 is with Sian and they meet at 5.30 pm to 6pm on Thursday in the crush hall next to the theatre 
  • Infant 2 is with India and they meet in the theatre from 5.15 pm to 6 pm on Thursday
  • Junior 1 is with Tash and they meet in Phoenix form 5. 15 pm to 6 pm on Thursday
  • Junior 2 is with Chris and Mel and they meet in Phoenix from 6 pm to 7 pm  on Thursday 
  • Workshop 2 is with Tash and they meet in the Crush hall next to the theatre form 7 pm to 8 pm 
  • Company 4 is with Taz and Elise and they meet in Phoenix form 7 pm to 8 pm
